We understand that booking accommodation online can be a minefield, so we have put together this information to help you make the right choice for your needs.
Lift
We have no lift at Promenād. There are four rooms on each of the three floors which are accessed via the original Victorian staircase. We will always contact you if you book a top floor room to make sure it is suitable.
Secure Merchant
When Booking online a deposit which is usually equivalent to the first nights stay is charged via a secure server and processed by our own merchant account. The transaction will appear as Promenād on your card statement.
Parking
When staying at Promenād the best place to park is on the Parade directly outside the front of the building. We do have 4 parking passes available for free parking on the Parade - these are on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved. Parking charges are in force between 10am and 4pm and cost £1.50 a day out of season and £3.00 in season
Pets
Unfortunately we cannot accept any pets.
Cancellation
To cancel a booking we require 3 days notice prior to the date of arrival, or a cancellation fee equivalent to the first nights stay will be charged.
Location
Promenād is located in the middle of the Parade just meters away from the sea giving panoramic views of Llandudno Bay with short walks to the Pier, swimming pool and shopping centre. Venue Cymru theatre and conference centre is just 300 yards away.
Check in / out
Check in is from 2.30pm and check out is by 10.30am. If guest are arriving early we can store bags etc. until the room is ready but this is by prior arrangement only.
Smoking policy
Promenād is a no-smoking establishment. Smoking will not be tolerated anywhere on the premises other than outside at the front of the building. Non-complying guests will be asked to leave, and an extra charge for room cleaning will be levied.
Breakfast included
All our prices include breakfast. Breakfast choices are Welsh yoghurt, muesli, cereal, fresh fruit, fruit juice, kippers or a cooked Welsh breakfast made using some local produce including award winning Edwards of Conwy sausages. We can cater for specific diets by prior arrangement.
